It was my daughters Christmas present and it's been sitting there since the day it was to be delivered and now they are refusing to deliver it to after Christmas or I have to drive a hour to pick it up after I paid to have it delivered in two days. It's wrong and they won't make it right. They won't even call me back..
Never had an issue with this FedEx center , they are usually fixing an issue with other centers for me!

Horrible service. Said they came to my house never came. I was home and there was no slip. My desk is right next to door. Then falsified on tracking page that house was a business and so someone had to sign. I have never had to sign before nor is my house a business. It was raining and lazy driver did not want to deliver so he made up an excuse and logged it. This was the first now they say the expected date is the 5th. I called the manager several times left my name and number not one call back. I paid extra for fedex because I thought they were quality. Either manager is covering for lazy employees or manager is in on filling his quota for deliveries by falsifying information on tracking. Either way I did not get my package. Never trust fedex with anything important UPS DHL even USPS is far superior.
I paid for 2 day shipping and was supposed to be delivered two days ago
at least UPS gets my delivery on time and doesn't ruin a child's christmas
